The spring has 3 times of stress treatment which can eliminate its internal material stress and prevent the spring from deforming and breaking.
STRENGTH TREATMENT
The surface of spring has been hardened that can enhance the material structure, increase its strength, long life cycle and reduce its fatigue.

According to spring compression coefficient, the product life cycle of JIS is 1 million times.
SURFACE TREATMENT
The surface of spring is used electrophoresis which meets the European SOS standard. That surface is smooth and more adhesive.

The frequency of spring travel meets hundred times per minute that can reach all the high quality request of mould & die design.
